  • 1. 1/2 white onion
  • 2. 1 tomato
  • 3. cilantro
  • 4. 1 avocado
  • 5. Sweet corn
  • 6. 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 7. 10 Tortillas
  • 8. Mozzarella cheese
  • 9. Lettuce
  • 10. Salt, pepper

  1. For the filling, we will finely chop half a white onion, one tomato, and a little cilantro.
  2. In a bowl, put the content of 2 cans of tuna and the chopped vegetables, add sweet corn, one diced avocado, half a cup of mayonnaise, a little salt, pepper, and mix.
  3. Heat the tortilla over medium heat. When it's hot on one side, flip it and immediately place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top, add a lettuce leaf, put the tuna filling we prepared, and my trick to close the burrito is to put a little of the filling's mayonnaise on the edges so they stick when closed.
