- For the filling, we will finely chop half a white onion, one tomato, and a little cilantro.
- In a bowl, put the content of 2 cans of tuna and the chopped vegetables, add sweet corn, one diced avocado, half a cup of mayonnaise, a little salt, pepper, and mix.
- Heat the tortilla over medium heat.
