- 1. 2 cups of cooked and finely chopped broccoli
- 2. 1 large egg, beaten
- 3. 1/2 cup of oat flour
- 4. 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 5. 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 6. Oil for frying or baking

- In boiling water, add the previously washed and chopped broccoli (you can also steam it). We will cook the broccoli for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- When it's ready, we will pass it through a processor or blender... you can also chop it finely with a knife.
- Now, in a bowl, put the chopped broccoli, add an egg, half a cup of oat flour or ground oats, half a cup of Parmesan cheese, half a tablespoon of salt or less depending on how salty your Parmesan cheese is. Optionally, I add a little pepper.
- Mix everything very well.
- Form our patties to the desired size.
- In a pan over medium heat, add a little oil and add the patties... it is not necessary to leave them for a long time since the broccoli is already cooked, so we just need to brown them a little... and that's it, enjoy!
