  • 1. 6 heads of garlic
  • 2. 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil (approximately)

  1. Peel the 6 heads of garlic in any way you prefer (you can put them in a jar and shake vigorously, cut the root end, and remove the skin manually).
  2. Place the peeled garlic cloves in a blender or food processor.
  3. Cover about halfway up the garlic with olive oil; in my case, I used 1/2 cup of olive oil.
  4. Blend, and that's it! Store the paste in a completely clean glass jar with a lid.
  5. The garlic paste is ready to use. You can store it in the freezer for about 1 to 2 months. When you want to use it, just take it out a few minutes beforehand, and you're ready to go. Enjoy!
