- Place the peeled garlic cloves in a blender or food processor.
- Cover about halfway up the garlic with olive oil; in my case, I used 1/2 cup of olive oil.
- Blend, and that's it! Store the paste in a completely clean glass jar with a lid.
- The garlic paste is ready to use. You can store it in the freezer for about 1 to 2 months. When you want to use it, just take it out a few minutes beforehand, and you're ready to go. Enjoy!
